Our Story
A commercial contractor built the way we wanted to be treated
ASEL10 exists because commercial clients kept describing the same problem: work that was technically fine but impossible to plan around. Missed dates, quiet delays, and nobody who could tell them where the project actually stood.
We built the company around fixing that: scoped deliberately to commercial work, structured for multiple sites, and led by people who stay involved after the contract is signed.

Cody Aselton, Owner & Director
Cody founded ASEL10 to build a commercial construction company that can move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results for growing brands.
His background runs from hands-on field work to managing full commercial projects, tenant finish-outs, remodels, and multi-location rollouts, which is why the company is organised around schedule and coordination rather than paperwork.
Day to day he stays close to client relationships, project strategy, and estimating, and keeps the team, schedule, and communication aligned across every active job.

Leads the Atlanta market and manages projects there, field coordination, trade management, and client communication across active jobs in Georgia.

Controller for ASEL10, responsible for the company's financial operations.
