Submitting a form, receiving a reply, or discussing a potential project does not create a contract or a binding commitment by either party. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work. Any engagement between us will be governed by a separate signed written agreement setting out scope, price, and schedule, and that agreement will control over anything stated here.

Estimates and project information

Timelines, scopes, and capabilities described on this site are general and depend on the specifics of a project, its market, and its permit path. Case studies describe work we have delivered and are not a guarantee of a particular outcome, duration, or result on another project.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit confidential information belonging to a third party, or anything unlawful. We handle what you send us in line with our Privacy Policy.
